Registration Form
Configurable registration form for participants. Required fields, optional fields, ASN lookup, dietary requirements, t-shirt size – all adjustable.
Sponsor Packages & Web Shop
Overview of all sponsor packages with deliverables and pricing. Direct online booking: prospects can inquire and reserve a package immediately. Contact form for custom requests.
Sponsor Pages
Each sponsor gets a dedicated page with logo, description, introduction video and contact details. Video call function directly integrated – participants can request meetings.
Event Mailing List
Dedicated mailing list per event. Participants automatically receive confirmations, updates and reminders. The organizer can write directly to all registrants at any time.
Call for Papers
Submission system for presentations. Speakers create accounts, submit abstracts, upload slides. Clearly structured – no unnecessary complexity like Indico.
Program Committee
Admin creates PC Head and PC Members. Each member rates submissions on a scale from 0 to 5. Internal messaging, meeting scheduling and Jitsi video calls for the PC.
Agenda Scheduling via LLM
Local LLM analyzes confirmed submissions and compares with agendas from RIPE Meetings, IETF, NOGs. Recommends a thematically coherent order – a clear story line.
Badge Configurator & Print
Visual configurator for participant badges. QR code directly contains the CtxMeet profile link. vCard download for other participants. Print function for on-site production included.
CtxMeet Integration
Native bidirectional API bridge to CtxMeet. Registration data flows automatically into the meeting tool. PeeringDB lookup, IXPDB matching and matchmaking are triggered immediately.
CtxPost Integration
Publish event announcements and updates directly from CtxEvent via CtxPost. Facebook, LinkedIn, X – without switching tools. Scheduling and draft mode included.

After the CfP process, a local LLM analyzes all confirmed presentations. It searches the web for current conferences, RIPE Meetings, IETF, NOG agendas – and recommends an order with a clear thematic thread.
The model trains continuously on NOG-specific data. With every conference it gets better at understanding what the community cares about and how topics should follow each other.
